The K-1 Year Overview
What DOES your child need to learn? What exactly is the Reggio Emilia approach? We'll get a "birds-eye view" and breakdown as we cover the academic scope for the year in reading, writing and math, so you can be sure you're not missing the mark! You'll learn the 101 basics of Reggio with lots of examples.

Monthly Planning: The Perfect Mix of Play, Wonder and Structure
Let's use your kids' curiosities and interests to map out our month at a glance. You'll discover how to weave in important academics into playful, hands-on learning activities to plan a month of joyful learning.
- Day 3 -
Your Day Plan
What might a typical Reggio-Inspired day look like? We'll flesh out the flow of your day, blocking time for PLAY, learning, and daily rhythms and routines.
- Day 4 -
Stock Up! Supplies, Books and Materials
You'll discover some must-have supplies, tools and resources to keep you organized, on top of your game, and make teaching and learning more fun.
- Day 5 -
Set Up your Space!
I'll also guide you in setting up an effective learning space - organized, inspiring and streamlined so that you can focus on the important things: connection and learning with your child!

Each day, you will receive a set of MANAGEABLE steps to help you streamline and organize your child's play and learning space, to help you stay sane, and to inspire deep play and playful learning in your child.
STOCK YOUR TOOLBOX
Each day, you'll learn a new tool for teaching important academics - reading, writing and math - and the resources and printables to implement it. These tools are tried-and-true, teacher-approved and will have your kids begging to "do school" each day!
